Activity Manager is designed to support the operational activity of “dispersed” teams such as network coaches, technicians and sales teams, by managing their workflow processes. The precise functionality of the Application based solution will vary according to the specific requirements of the client, but essentially Activity Manager supports a five step process:

  5. Recording progress through set activities

The Activity Manager tool can be used to support a range of field or network based roles. The core element of the software solution provides a bespoke, structured form for feedback, based upon the specific requirements of the visit. The Application then allows instant feedback and collation of field force and network performance. Specific features include:

  • Multiple feedback options from open text fields and closed responses through to photographs and voice memos
